Meyer Last is a partner in Fried Frank’s real estate practice and will be coming to speak to students about his practice, the kinds of issues he deals with, as well as about life working in “big law.” Mr. Last's practice focuses on real estate development, commercial leasing, financing and capital market transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, and workouts and bankruptcies.
